As it’s of course just been Christmas, also accompanied by my birthday, and since people tend to enjoy these types of posts, I thought that today I’d share with you some of the treats I were spoilt with! As a disclaimer I would like to highlight that I aren’t in any way attempting to show off. I’m extremely grateful for the gifts I receive, but more so than that, the family and friends giving them to me. As I say, these posts typically entertain many, I also feel that it’s a good opportunity to give you an idea of some of the items and products I’ll be able to write reviews for, if you so desire.
Last week I brought you a post filled with Christmas gift ideas, all being cosmetics. Today is the same type of post instead with the focus on books and films. Like before, simply click on a picture for more information!
Last month I posted ‘At Last! Beautiful Books and Time to get Involved!’ where I asked which book you’d like me to review next, I created the Twitter poll, received the results approximately a week later and now here we are. Did I love or loathe Nicholas Sparks’ ‘See Me’? Continue reading to find out!
It’s been aeons since my previous monthly favourites post, since May, in fact! Due to this I am feeling rather pumped up about the notion of now sharing my current obsessions with you. Afterwards, why not check out my past favourites posts listed below?
It’s time again for another #BeautiesOnFire post, you voted on Twitter and decided that our theme for this week would be book/film! Firstly, if you’re unsure as to what this whole #BeautiesOnFire thing is (where have you been hiding?) then please feel free to check out my introduction post below, additionally you may peruse the past few weeks themes.
Two things today, firstly a mini book haul, it’s been a while, right? Secondly – the perfect opportunity to get somewhat involved with an upcoming blog post.. I can sense a poll coming along!
This is expected to be another short and sweet post as my spending has been rather limited between being consistently underpaid by work and the fact that I’ve been on a shed hunt. I have however allowed myself a few things this month and I bet you could have a rather accurate guess at what may be included. too
It may be appropriate for me right now to consider rehab for my ever developing shopping obsession, I’m turning into a first rate purchase monster! The following items are from the past month collectively, of course not including that of from my previous haul “Shopping and Gelato Date”. On reflection there doesn’t seem to be much here although this is due to the fact it’s my Mother’s birthday soon therefore my shopping focus has been on stock piling her birthday presents, rather than too many treats for myself!
