Beauty Bingo #15 with Disaster Davis and AyR Galaxy

It’s the third Tuesday of the month which can only mean one thing, it’s time for the ridiculously enjoyable Beauty Bingo collaboration with AyR Galaxy!

The rules are simple…
1. Pick your palette – I’ve chosen the Make-Up Revolution London Eyes Like Angels Palette for today’s post.
2. Cut out small paper pieces numbered and lettered according to the columns and rows in your chosen palette.
3. Separate the pieces into rows and columns then proceed to choosing five from each, this will determine your Bingo coordinates! Mine are as follows:

B – C2, R1
I – C1, R3
N – C7, R4
G – C6, R2
O – C3, R4

4. Get creative! You must use all five colours. Extra products can of course be used to perfect the complete look such as eye liner and mascara, so long as the chosen shadows are out to play!

I’ve started to notice a bit of a theme so far this year, where when I’m picking out my coordinates I’ll be getting shades which will work out really well together and them boom, along comes one that just isn’t going to work at all… Or so I think initially. Fast forward to the results however and I happen to be pleasantly pleased, for the most part. Today is another fine example of that. Again I’ve used one of the shades as an eye liner, I’m just loving doing that recently, it’s possible that I’ve kinda become obsessed! Oopsie. Using a light hand and some top notch blending meant that I managed to use the brown shade as the transition colour between my eyelid and brow bone without too much chaos! The pink and purple shades worked well together, the white is perfect to use as highlight and well the blue… I don’t even have words for that, this is a shade I haven’t used much as of yet but I’m in awe of it, it’s gorgeous! Definitely being added to my ‘must use more’ list, or it would be if I had this list… Hmm, maybe I should start a list!

Would you rock this look yourself? Is there anything you’d have done differently? Please do share any of your own looks with myself and Rossy as we’d love to see your talents! Speaking of which, don’t forget to take a peek at the results of Rossy’s March contribution, also!

With Love,
Disaster Davis x

  1. What a cute summer look! I usually stick to neutral, glowy colors (brown, gold etc.) but have recently been loving using sheer baby pink and coral shadow on my lids! Paired with bronzed skin and a shimmery nude lipstick, it´s my favorite look of the moment!

    1. Thank you, I’m glad you liked it. Your go-to look of the moment sounds stunning, too. Gotta love the understated yet still colourful looks! At the minute I’m literally only wearing foundation, powder and mascara, I feel so boring recently but I just don’t get the time! *Sobs*

  2. I love the colors you used! Teenage me would rock this look with pride. Now that I’ve entered my 20’s I’ve gotten boring and I barely even wear makeup now lol

    1. Oh I’m the same, I’ll wear it when I’m going out but it’s more often than not something really basic, a little foundation, powder and mascara ha ha. I just don’t have the time any more now that I’m a Mom, that’s why I love beauty blogging so much – it’s keeping me young ha ha! Thank you so much for your comment, I’m glad you liked the look! 🙂
