So here we have the final Beauty Bingo post for 2017, did you enjoy this series? Good – as Rossy and I will be continuing with the challenge throughout 2018, too! For a little recap on this years Bingo looks, please do peruse the below links, after having a good nosy at today’s post, of course! 😉
The rules are simple…
1. Pick your palette – I’ve chosen the Make-Up Revolution London 144 Ultimate Eyeshadow Palette for today’s post.
2. Cut out small paper pieces numbered and lettered according to the columns and rows in your chosen palette.
3. Separate the pieces into rows and columns then proceed to choosing five from each, this will determine your Bingo coordinates! Mine are as follows:
B – C12, R9
I – C4, R6
N – C2, R2
G – C5, R12
O – C10, R4
4. Get creative! You must use all five colours. Extra products can of course be used to perfect the complete look such as eye liner and mascara, so long as the chosen shadows are out to play!
Again, like in November, my initial thoughts for the co-ordinates of which I picked out were thoughts of what the heck?! I had no idea what on earth I were going to do with the neon orange or the grey colour, honestly these shades seriously worried me. I were off out that day and so needed my make-up to not be too insane, neon orange alongside grey, green and gold isn’t really standard everyday make-up now, is it? I’m unique but even I have my limits! I quite liked that I had green and gold however, as they’re both festive colours perfect for this time of the year, although I’ve never used the two together before and questioned what the outcome would be. Luckily, I feel that the green and gold worked well together, I managed to get the grey to blend in with everything else and the neon isn’t very pigmented, so with that I used it as a transition colour between my brow arch and the main eye look. By using a light hand and a tonne of blending I somehow managed to pull these off as a wearable look, phew!
So what do you think to my final 2017 contribution, would you rock this look yourself? Please do share any of your own looks with myself and Rossy as we’d love to see your talents! Speaking of which, don’t forget to take a look at the results of Rossy’s December challenge too!
